When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items. Orders are shipped out once a week, so please allow 7-10 business days from the order date.
The Loyola Store is located at 7272 Sherbrooke West, in the cafetorium. The store is open on Tuesdays and Thursdays during lunch hour (11:40 am -12:30 pm) under normal conditions. However, due to the current Covid-19 pandemic, and for the safety of our students and staff, all orders must be placed online. Your order will be processed within 2 business days and dropped off to your son's homeroom class or it can be shipped for a flat fee.
You may return new items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond with instructions on how to return items from your order.
